Credentials do not infer intelligence.
Just look at Congress or the NYT/WAPO editorial page.
Dumb as a box of rocks.

    I have a doctorate in engineering, and I keep telling people that. Some of the smartest guys I knew were union chemical plant operators and farmers. Too many people are impressed with a piece of paper/credential.
