 You don't really own the 2021 model much like any Itunes item.

You've just bought a license.

But those 2021 models are already setup for tax by the mile.

My proposal to fund this latest infrastructure boondoggle is to tax all equipment used for road construction by the mile.Especially the Gulfstreams lots of those in gubmint contracting.

That way every mile of road is paid for as you go.

A perpetual road building concept.

My second proposal is tax the pages of the bill progressively of course.

First ten pages are free thereafter every page will be taxed 1 trillion dollars.

That should bring in the eleventy trillion dollars we're gonna need for the stimuli.

My third proposal is just print the money.

I think I know which one is the most attractive to people in the gubmints orbit.
