My uncle gave me some apples so I decided to make this.
Apple jelly it's good.
Almost as good as the muscadine jelly I made with muscadines my cousin gave me a while back.
They are wine makers so fruit is always around.
I plan on doing the same maybe even distilling my own water.
But the first spring thing after getting my garden layed out is picking up my bee nuc.
Apr 11 is the day the adventure begins.
Then chickens.
The stimulus has been stimulating my goal of mostly self-sufficient.
Not off grid but interchangable with if you get my drift.
Should be fun.
